3Square
is a small consultancy company established in 2001, and based
in Baildon, West Yorkshire. It provides strategic business
development advice to private and public sector organisations
in the fields of eLearning, eAssessment, and the wider fields
of New Media.
3Square's principal consultant, John Winkley, has 10 years

2004 John was joined by Gavin Busuttil-Reynaud who had
previously pursued a successful career in business development
and engineering management with a variety of leading aerospace
companies. Gavin brings to 3Square strong project
management skills developed on contracts for both public and
private sector customers, and experience in extracting
business value from major IT investments through process
redesign, system integration, innovation and training.

eLearning
eLearning is a generic term which covers the use of ICT as
part or all of a training or learning solution.

eAssessment
eAssessment is divided into informal assessment (testing for
learning, learning planning, or self-assessment) and formal
assessment (testing for qualifications). In both these areas,
we have worked on several areas of the supply cain, including
test and item development, ICT implementation, security, rollout,
and commercial policy.
